The Year of Living Consciously
An experiential educational series devoted to living with intention and awareness. Classes related to the theme of Living Consciously will continue throughout 2010.

Description: Plan now to start 2010 off with the support you need to make the changes you want. Our January series of classes are specifically designed to give you the tools you need for personal growth and transformation. Whether you want to simplify your life, make healthier choices or learn ways to better cope with the stressors of everyday life these classes are for you.
After our kick off January series, these programs will continue throughout the year twice a month on the 2nd Friday and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30-7:30; followed by 30 minutes for tea and socializing.
Friday, August 13th 6:30-7:30 - Homeopathics and some interesting uses with Steve Kraskow. This one hour discussion describes & explains the nature of homeopathic remedies, what they are & how they can be used. Special focus will be placed on mental & emotional uses.
Tuesday, August 24th 6:30-7:30 - Couples Massage by Amber Tucker. Back by popular demand, Couples Massage will teach couples how to ease each other’s physical pains from daily stress, while helping to improve communication between you and your partner! Wear comfortable, yoga type attire and bring a pillow. Cost: $10.00
Friday, September 10th, 6:30-8:00 - Yoga for the Hips & Lower Back by Chad Fatino. Find freedom in your hips and lower back! By exploring the relationship of the hips and lower back through a sequence of specific postures students create a sense of body awareness which will help bring balance to both physical activities, as well as to everyday living. We will both strengthen and stretch the hips in the six different ranges of motion to create an increased mobility of the hips and relief to the lower back. Space is limited, sign up today!
